I want to say how much I appreciate this law firm for my cases. They have been wonderful to work with regarding from A-Z. Josh has personally helped me transfer from a server to manager knowing the Federal/State laws for Tipped Servers making sure that I was able to get them fair treatment on their wages. He taught me the laws for what was appropriate tipped labor versus minimum wage work. I know advocate to make sure that any business I work with will stay within the guidelines. Thank you so much for such wonderful attorneys.

I am so grateful that I found this team to represent me. It was not a huge case for them, I'm sure, in comparison, however I was treated as if it were. I was kept informed, I could talk to someone anytime I had questions, I was even allowed to freak out a few times without judgement. They were supportive and understanding and the outcome was exactly what I wanted from this experience. I would recommend them to anyone having issues with their job. Krista Sheets and the rest of the team were wonderful in assisting me with my case. Krista was especially helpful in answering all my questions and walking me through the process step by step. Wonderful law firm, the office manager Jamari is exceptionally professional as well as friendly, as is everybody else I have spoken to throughout my case. They handled my class action suit quickly with intentional care to each individual represented in the case. My settlement was far greater then my highest estimate. At the end I do not have a single complaint.

These guys are awesome! They went to bat for me to get my ex employer to pay for all of the hours I worked off the clock. Although they represented several other people in this lawsuit, they made me feel like I was a top priority; every email and question was promptly answered and they made sure that I knew what was going on every step of the way. It's good to know someone like the Sanford Law Firm is out there to help make sure that bigger corporations know they are not exempt from labor laws. I recommend them a hundred times over. THIS LAW FIRM… 😮‍💨 5 Years.. our lawsuit took 5 years… and when everyone was saying “Ah you’ll never actually get your money, it’s been too long..” They never once gave up, slowed down, and always communicated the entire way through. Even graciously answered my abundance of phone calls for updates and questions along the way haha 😅🥰 Jamari, couldn’t ask for more professional and friendly!
